You know, SOMEDAY, the infamous day when everything you need to accomplish gets accomplished.
Even in the life of a homeschool family, summer brings a bit of tranquility. A much-needed respite. However, when that respite is coupled with 104 degree temperatures, it's not quite as relaxing...
I thought my summer would be full of "somedays"...I have a to-do list that could easily stretch from here to Tacoma. I need to register for the organic produce co-op. I need to register the children for 4H. I need to get ready to coach cheering in August. I need to get Emily ready for soccer clinic in the fall. I need to put together the Anatomy & Physiology curriculum, the Health curriculum, and the Phys. Ed. for Toddlers curriculum for the fall semester at co-op. I need to FINALLY put an end to the harassing phone calls from the collections agency that are the result of a doctor's office using the wrong CPT/ICD-9 coding. I could go on and on forever... And, to top it all off, we have officially begun TTC. After two devastating losses, (2008 and 2009), we are hopeful that God will enable us to complete our family in 2011.
So, if you have any advice on how to make someday get here faster, shout it out!!!!
Blessings to you and your loved ones for a safe, happy and enjoyable summer!!
